Creating a culture of sustainability

Act Now’s Outreach division helps companies access the collective wisdom and passion of its employees to embed sustainability into the fabric of the organization. Our grassroots, peer-to-peer, HR training and educational programs are designed to deliver essential sustainability education, organizational integration, distributed problem solving, and internal capacity building to the workforce.  In addition, our Outreach division works in tandem with Creative Services to deliver large-scale customer-facing campaigns that inspire everyday people to make a difference. 

Each member of our highly skilled and passionate Outreach team has been certified as a “Sustainability Trainer” following the successful completion of Act Now’s Expedition program, an intensive training module authored and designed by Act Now.
 
PSP: It all starts on the individual level

The Personal Sustainability Project (PSP), our signature sustainability offering, has touched more than 1 million people, guiding them to easily incorporate sustainability into their daily lives. By making small, yet meaningful changes at the personal level, a person can also attain a higher sense of purpose and connectedness to their community and planet. As a powerful HR tool, PSP enables an organization to instill within its employees a lasting congruence of personal and professional life. The result is a healthy and happy workforce that strives to create a more sustainable and profitable organization, one which will better serve people and planet now, and for generations to come.
